Are there any plans to be able to record and play back a LiveMix track.  It would be great to be able to go back and listen to sections that were good, not too good, or really bad!

    Thanks

    Hi,

We do have plans to add some recording options.
In our 3.1 release, you will be able to record as an “Import” step. In other words, instead of importing from Dropbox or WiFi, you can choose to record. When you are done with the recording, you will be able to save it and it will then appear in your Tunes list. We think this will be great for recording accompaniments, or for recording and then slowing it down to pick out how well you did.
So that is the first type of recording that we have planned for Anytune.
Later, we have plans to add recording as part of the LiveMix session (which is what you were asking about). That is quite a bit more complex to do right, both in terms of the user interface as well as technically. That will be in some future release – we have not determined which one yet.
So basically we’ve decided to start with a simple recording option, and then grow it from there.
    Sean.

Great, thanks for the response. I look forward to 3.1, and especially to the version that incorporates recording as part of LiveMix.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know what sort of things you’re interested in seeing in future versions of Anytune. Many of the features that are there today have come directly from customer suggestions, so we appreciate it a lot.

    Sean.
